Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 26, 2026
block0 has no accounts and no API keys, so we collect as little as possible. This explains what we do handle.
1. What We Collect
No names, emails, or passwords. We process basic request data (endpoint, parameters, timestamp, status), network data (IP, user agent) for rate limiting and security, and the payment details that are already public onchain when you pay over x402 (wallet address, amount, transaction hash).
2. How We Use It
Only to run and secure the Service: return responses, enforce rate limits, verify payments, prevent abuse, and measure aggregate usage. We don’t sell data or build advertising profiles.
3. Onchain Data
Our results come from public blockchain data, which block0 does not create or own. Onchain records are public and immutable — we can’t change or delete them.
5. Local Client & Wallet Keys
The optional installer at https://block0.xyz/client/install.sh runs on your machine. It creates ~/.block0, installs the Node client, and creates or migrates a local agent wallet. Your private key stays in ~/.block0/.env or your environment variables. We do not receive, store, or recover it. The client signs x402 payments locally and only sends payment proofs and normal API requests to block0.
6. Your Rights & Contact
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access or delete personal data we hold — though, being account-free, we usually hold little or none that identifies you, and we can’t alter public chain records. We may update this policy; changes take effect when the date above changes. Questions? [email protected].
